Footpath 18 is a public right of way which runs between Moorview (lower end, opposite cul-de-sac) and Farthing Lane (near its junction with Totnes Road). The path is roughly 370M long. The path can be identified by a signpost at either end and by signposts where access to the path can also be gained half way along its length directly from Totnes Road at the driveway entrance to Marldon Christmas Tree Farm. The path rises for half its length at one end and falls towards the other over the remaining half; surfaces are unmade. There are steps at both ends of the path which follows the boundary fencing of the Christmas Tree Farm along its length, with the new Moor View estate on the opposite side for a large section.There are good views towards Beacon Hill from this path.
