We have an amazing archive selection, not only safely stored under the main section of the Village Hall, but also online via our website. Each month Julie, our Secretary, receives emails and enquiries from all over the world from people wanting to find out about a past relative who was associated with the Parish or is buried in our now full churchyard cemetery.
Usually, all the information they require can be found using the search engine on our website, but occasionally she has to take time out and search through the reams of paperwork down under the main hall. I don’t think people realise how time consuming their questions sometimes are, but we always strive to find an answer for them when we can
Our next open meeting is in June and this once again promises to be one not to be missed!
