Mill Lane is a public right of way (Unclassified Road 1) which runs between Compton (near Compton Mill) and the road from Compton to North Wilborough (just below the lower end of Windmill Lane). Mill Lane is approximately 250M long and can be identified by a signpost at either end. The surface is slightly rutted, rough stone, which slopes gently down towards the Compton Mill end.
